process our orders in bulk directly through factory authorized distribution
channels. These channels do not operate like retail stores. In some cases, they
are waiting for companies to place orders before moving product into their
facility. Unfortunately, customers are waiting for product to be in stock before

backorder for some of the very high demand TVs would be 1 - 2 weeks, we do

company if you can find a good price and it is in stock.
We do wish to retain your business and offer you great pricing you will find
very difficult to beat. We will queue you up, while keeping you informed of
target dates, to receive high demand products without "Locking you in".

now go back to these channels to cancel your order if it has not been fulfilled.
Certainly if it has been fulfilled, it is on its way to you.
Here is what you do to cancel; Contact ShopMazeCreator.COM with your name &
order number. You can Email us at “sales@shopmazecreator.com”, fax us at
(707) 982-2470, or use our "Live Help" system shown on our store pages. We will
then contact the distributor to cancel your order, usually within one business
day and return to you in writing that your order has been cancelled and a refund
has been issues. Please allow 5 business days after the check clearing period
for a refund check to be mailed. Credit cards & Paypal refund will likely be
processed with the cancellation verification. Please include your email address
and/or FAX number for us to send to you the cancellation verification.
