SHIPPING

Shipping is done from the closest warehouse to you. This on average gives a 1 - 3 day delivery on standard shipping. The only exceptions to this rule are Large Screen TVs and products in high demand. They will be shipped from the closest "In Stock" location.

Where noted, Free shipping; this service is only available to the 48 continental US States. Your order will be sent via the most cost effective service. As noted above, we try to ship from a warehouse location closest to your location to reduce delivery time, the range will be 1 - 3 business days.

Due to changing stock levels throughout our distribution points, we may need to ship long distance East to West coast, etc. In the event of an out-of-stock item, if we cannot get it back in stock with 1 weeks, we will contact you. Please see our "Backorder Cancellation Process & Right" policy.

NOTE: We can only ship to the addresses listed on your Credit Card, or confirmed under PayPal for those shipping methods. Payment by checks can be shipped to any address but will be held until the funds clear; Personal Checks 2 weeks, Certified funds/Money Order/Bank Checks need 3 days to clear. RETURNS

You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise. You can request an RA by Email at sales@shopmazecreator.com. Please include the Invoice number and reason for return. We will process your request and contact you with an assigned RA number.

No returns are allowed on Large Screen TVs.

The following are ShopMazeCreator.COM Return Shipment Policies:

* DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy will result in a 25% Returns Processing Service Charge.
* Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
* All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, you will be billed accordingly.
* The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
* Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.  Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
* Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
* If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $35, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
* ShopMazeCreator.COM credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
